1. This website (prediva.org)
prediva.org is an information site. It has no login, no forms and no advertising or analytics trackers, and it doesn't set cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run the site securely. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
2. Data we collect on the platform
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, postal and billing address, username, ID document number, payment details and contact preferences. Financial data is processed with your consent or as permitted by law. If you sign up with a social account (for example Google, Apple or Facebook), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser details, operating system, language, approximate location, log and usage data. We use cookies and similar technologies on prediva.com.
3. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
- To process deposits, trades and withdrawals.
- To answer support requests and send service messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
- To improve the service and, where you agree, send marketing. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the platform: payment processors, verification services, cloud hosting and storage, analytics, communication tools and marketing partners. They may only use your data on our instructions. We may also share data with affiliates, in a business transfer, or where the law requires it. We don't sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires (for example, tax and anti-money laundering records). After that we delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so please keep your password private and use the service from a secure device.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and opt out of marketing. You can update most details in your account settings. For anything else, email [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject line.
8. Minors
Prediva is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close such accounts when we find them.
9. Changes
We update this policy when needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
