Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This is a plain-language summary of the Prediva Terms and Conditions. The full Terms on prediva.com are the binding agreement. If anything here differs from them, the full Terms apply.

1. The service

Prediva (the website prediva.com and the Prediva mobile application) lets you fund an account, trade event contracts and withdraw funds. Event contracts on Prediva are financial event contracts: the underlying assets are shares, forex, indices, cryptocurrencies and commodities.

2. The Market Maker

Prices, odds and liquidity on the platform come from an independent third party with the appropriate licences (the Market Maker). Your trades are executed with the Market Maker as principal and counterparty. The Market Maker may take the opposite side of your trades and may have interests that conflict with yours. The platform does not act as counterparty and does not guarantee the Market Maker's solvency.

3. Who can use Prediva

4. Registration and verification

You must provide accurate details and keep your email up to date. We verify identity in line with KYC and anti-money laundering rules and may ask for documents at any time. We may decline a registration without giving a reason. See Verification.

5. Deposits

6. Withdrawals

7. Trading and settlement

8. Refunds

Refunds are possible for technical duplicates, a malfunction that blocked participation after a valid deposit, or a mistaken transaction with no trades placed. Send the request within 4 calendar days to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed within 15 business days.

9. Disputes and complaints

Raise any settlement dispute within 3 days of the market resolving. We aim to reply within 28 days. If it can't be resolved with support, it is escalated to management, and after that to the competent court under the governing law stated in the full Terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the lower of the value of the relevant event contract or USD 200. The service is provided "as is".

11. Responsible use

Trading on events is entertainment with real money at stake. Stop when it stops being fun, and never deposit more than you can afford to lose.

12. Language

If translations differ, the English version of the full Terms prevails.
